The Pine Mountain Volunteer Fire Department will hold its annual Members Meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21 at the Pine Mountain VFD Training and Events Center, 10 MC 8004, Yellville, AR. The purpose of the meeting is to elect members to the Board of Directors and discuss new business, issues, or concerns raised by the members. The following members have submitted the required Notice of Intent to run for a position on the Board of Directors: Roy Golightly, Chris Lavine, and Mike Peterson. All members are reminded that in accordance with Article IV, Section 2 of the Bylaws, members who will not be attending in person may vote by absentee ballot. Absentee ballots may be obtained from the department’s website at www.pinemountainvfd.org or by requesting one from the Secretary or Treasurer by email at admin@pinemountainvfd.org All absentee ballots must be submitted to the Secretary before the Members Meeting is called to order at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21.
Our Mission
Pine Mountain VFD Board or Directors serves the volunteer fire department and community by managing funds received through annual memberships, donations, and local government funding. The Board meets four times per year and votes on issues affecting the community.
All community members are invited to attend the October member’s meeting.

We encourage all members of the Pine Mountain community to come to the Board Meetings.
Board Meetings are held quarterly on the 3rd Wednesday of January, April, July and October. The annual Member’s Meeting is held in October.
